REX December 2019 Content: Authenticity and Integrity

In Module 6 of LOA Academy, we discuss Authenticity and Integrity. We explored the idea of honoring commitments, but only committing to those things we actually WANT to do, not those things we feel obligated to do. Once you make a commitment, you can change your mind, of course, but don’t leave the other person hanging. This is a type of integrity. Keep your word. Authenticity comes in when you don’t give your word away willy-nilly, but actually only when it feels right to you. So, authenticity is really about honoring yourself. Integrity is about honoring yourself and your relationship with others. The two must go hand in hand, or we get out of balance.
