REX July 2026 Content: Reprogramming the Mind’s Database
I recently found myself speaking with a client, explaining how to shift beliefs in a way I haven’t done before. I started with the familiar analogy of technology and databases, but ended up taking it so much further than ever before. After the call, I frantically began to take notes, wanting to capture what had come through. Both my client and I thought this metaphor was the clearest, simplest and most easily understood one yet, perfectly encapsulating the process of shifting energy.
