REX July 2020 Content: Grounding

Have you been feeling a little untethered lately? Like you’re floating between realities? Like some things aren’t totally “real” anymore? Has your memory been weird, as in you forget things easily, lose your train of thought in the middle of a sentence, can’t remember what you were supposed to do, or why you entered a room? Has time been wiggy for you lately? Perhaps your sense of time is totally inaccurate lately, or maybe you look at your schedule only to realize later that an appointment was there all along, but you swear you didn’t see it? Maybe you’re feeling less than solid, like you’re here but also not really quite here.

Well, all of that is totally normal when you get into intense energy work. It’s also totally normal for the year 2020, because everyone on the planet is doing intense energy work, whether they know it or not. This is a time of immense transition, and it’s easy to become “untethered” so to speak.

Another way to put this is to say that we’re not “grounded”, so obviously, the solution is to do more grounding work. But, what the hell is grounding anyway? And what if you've tried to ground, but found it boring and/or ineffective? That's what we'll explore in this month's content!
