REX July 2025 Content: How to Talk to Muggles

This month’s content is inspired by a recent Facebook question by our very own Alex. I already answered the question in Facebook, but I felt that I actually had more to say, and this might be a topic that everyone could benefit from. Alex asked if I had any insights about talking to Muggles at social occasions without losing her goddamned mind. Since lighthouses aren’t born in groups, we’re all surrounded by those whose Morphine drips are much more turned up than ours. We can’t and don’t need to avoid these people. However, it can be difficult when you’re no longer interested in surface conversations and small talk, but happen to find yourself at a social event with those who never seem to want to go deeper. You’ve come to see the world in a completely different way and are probably often really excited about that, especially if you’ve just gotten some clarity. You want to talk about the Universe and Manifestation, cause and effect, and a glorious future, while Bob over there just wants to drone on and on about how this summer it’s a little hotter than last summer. You want to play detective and figure out how and why certain manifestations are happening, while those around you are happy thinking that shit just happens randomly.
