REX June 2025 Content: Finding the Golden Thread

You may have heard me talk about “Finding the Thread” quite a few times during ourt coaching calls. If you were part of Reality Academy, you’ll remember this language, as well. I usually use it to describe the process of sitting with an emotion and then looking at all the data that comes up. We look and feel for any kind of pattern or similarity that runs through all the data - like a thread. Once we identify this thread, we can then follow it, understand it, and shift it.

What if we could use this technique to find and follow the thread of something joyful? What if we used it to help us locate our desires?
