This caller wants to explore her dark side because she thinks there’s something very bad within her. She’s also spending a lot of time in the cycle of guilt, shame, and anger. She’s had therapy to explore her anger (which is mostly directed at herself), but this has not released it.
During the call we learned that she thinks she’s a horrible mother, and that she has anger towards her parents, but we also learn how one of her biggest fears is that she’s just like her parents.
If you’re a regular reader of mine, you will know that I’m a big fan of getting angry. Getting angry is a big and powerful way to release our negative emotions, provided we do it in a constructive way. And, this is what we’re doing today, we are taking the people who she’s angry with into the bunker; we’re getting in touch with her dark side, and we’re releasing her angry so that she becomes free.
This call is for you if you want to learn how to release your anger in a constructive, powerful way.
